FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
We package all our items with sincere care and attention before they are shipped to you. However, things can go wrong, if you receive a faulty or damaged item please get in touch within 7 working days of receipt and we will be more than happy to help by offering a replacement or refund.
Proof of damage to the packaging and/or item, would be a photograph, this may be required for our couriers.
Upon return of the item the full price of the goods will be refunded via the payment channel used to purchase the goods.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
Your complete satisfaction is of paramount importance to us here at S&S. For whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied we are always here to help.
You are entitled to cancel your order, providing your order has not been processed. If you do wish to cancel your order, Sand & Sushi must be notified by email on hello@sandandsushi.com
If you have received your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it to us.
Customers wishing to return items must notify S&S in writing via email hello@sandandsushi.com and request our returns form.
We can only accept returns if the product is in the original packaging and undamaged.
Customers must arrange for the item(s) to be returned themselves and at their own cost. We would like to suggest to you, that you use a tracked and insured service.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned order safely, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
Samples we regret cannot be returned.
